This Privacy Policy describes how we process personal information when you visit our website, create an account, subscribe, or use our software and related services (the “Service”), including trading automation, bots, dashboards, alerts, integrations, and support.

Some features rely on third parties (for example payment processors, hosting providers, exchanges, or analytics tools). Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Where you connect third-party services at your direction, their policies also apply.

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

• Account and identity details (for example name, email address, and account identifiers).
• Authentication and security information (for example login events and session protections; passwords are not stored in plain text where our systems hash secrets appropriately).
• Billing and subscription data processed by payment providers (for example customer references, subscription status, and transaction metadata as received from Whop, Stripe, or other processors you use).

StrategyFactory.ai provides software and tools. We do not provide personalised investment advice through this Privacy Policy or the Service.

If UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases, depending on the processing activity: performance of a contract; legitimate interests (for example security, fraud prevention, service improvement, and internal analytics balanced against your rights); consent (where required for certain cookies or marketing); and legal obligation.

We may send promotional communications only where permitted by law and your preferences. We may still send essential service, security, and billing-related messages.

• Hosting and infrastructure providers (including WPX and Railway) to operate the Service.

• Customer messaging providers (Crisp) to provide chat/support features.

Primary hosting for our Service infrastructure is located in Singapore. We do not sell your personal information. We aim to work with service providers who implement appropriate safeguards. If you are located outside Singapore, your information may be processed in Singapore and in the locations operated by our subprocessors solely as needed to provide the Service.

Unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, our default retention window for the categories described in this policy is approximately 90 days for routine operational logs and similar records, after which we delete or anonymise data where feasible.

Some records (for example billing artefacts received from processors, security investigations, or legally required accounting records) may be retained longer where required.

You may request deletion subject to legal exceptions by contacting support@StrategyFactory.ai.

We implement technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise rights, contact support@StrategyFactory.ai. We may need to verify your identity. A Data Protection Officer is not appointed at this time.

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

The Service may link to third-party websites or enable integrations (for example exchanges). This Privacy Policy does not control third parties. Their terms and privacy notices apply.
